NTI is touting a compact measurement omnidirectional microphone by NTI AG that is intended for test applications.
The company said the mic provides Class 1 flatness accuracy for acoustic measurements in R&D, production lines and telecom tests. It has a measurement range from 24 to 150 dBSPL, suitable for industrial and acoustical test work.
The M2010 has a balanced XLR input and operates from 10-48V phantom power. The design uses an impedance converter and preamplifier at the connector side. The connection cable between the cartridge and preamp is detachable. Info: www.nt-instruments.com.
