Joe Nuxhall, Bill King and Joe Morgan are fan favorites and earned spots on the ballot for the Ford C. Frick Award, given by the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum to a baseball broadcaster each year.
The fan selections join seven others chosen by a museum research committee to be on the ballot:
Tom Cheek, Ken Coleman, Dizzy Dean, Tony Kubek, Graham McNamee, Dave Niehaus and Dave Van Horne.
The winner will be announced in February. Denny Matthews won this year.
