Orlando Pirate Fined $10,000

And the FCC reaffirmed a $10,000 fine against Omar Ebanks for operating a station on 93.9 MHz in Orlando without commission authorization.
The original penalty was levied in February, but the FCC stated in its order that Ebanks had not responded, so it now says he has 30 days to pay.
