Cumulus has promoted Brad Marshall to vice president/market manager for Cumulus in Youngstown, Ohio.
He replaces Rick Parrish, who announced his retirement effective Dec. 15.
The announcement was made by Cumulus Senior Vice President Gary Pizzati.
Marhsall previously served as the director of sales for the Youngstown, Canton and Hermitage cluster. He worked as a general sales manager for iHeartMedia in that region for 16 years.
