He replaces Trilla Bumstead

Kevin Godwin

The National Association of Broadcasters has appointed Kevin Godwin to its radio board of directors. He replaces Trilla Bumstead of Ohana Media Group.

Godwin currently oversees operations, business development and performance for Townsquare Media’s West Region. According to a NAB press release, he previously was senior vice president of Peak Broadcasting, which Townsquare Media acquired in November of 2013. Before that, he worked for Citadel Communications for more than a decade.

Godwin holds a B.A. in Business Administration and Marketing from Washington State University. While earning his degree, the NAB said Godwin began his career as an account executive and general sales manager for the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication’s student-run radio station KUGR(FM).

In addition to Godwin’s appointment to the radio board, Catherine Badalamente and Phil Tahtakran join the NAB TV Board of Directors.
