Engineering services firm RadioDNA is starting a multimedia division and has hired Fritz Golman to head it.
He’ll have the title director of video systems/automation.
Golman most recently worked for six years at iHeartMedia in a corporate broadcast technologist/video systems specialist role. He has provided digital media support for flagship syndication brands including “Elvis Duran & The Morning Show,” “The Breakfast Club,” “Clay Travis & Buck Sexton,” “The Bobby Bones Show” and others.
“Golman’s extensive AV, streaming and podcast tech background also includes the procurement, production, content execution and tech support of the sponsored Dunkin’ Music Lounges in several major markets including New York, Boston, Atlanta and Cleveland,” RadioDNA said in the announcement.
He has done work for major media clients for U.S. Traffic Network, Radiate Media and Navteq.
Rob Goldberg, president of RadioDNA, said, “Broadcasters often inquire about supplemental video components for their brands but don’t often have a solution to automate and monetize. We now offer an expert to build a full solution for clients, regardless of market size or format.”
RadioDNA is based in Minneapolis-St. Paul, with a secondary location in Scottsdale, Ariz.
