SCMS, the broadcast equipment and service company, announced it named Kerri Spader as strategic client relations manager.

Spader’s prior experience includes managing customer relationships and account management, with extensive knowledge of the broadcast and media technology landscape, SCMS said. The company created the position to fill a need.
She was most recently the customer support manager at Kathrein Broadcast, where she spent 10 years.
Spader’s focus will be on communicating with and building relationships with the company’s broadcast clients, as well as supporting long-term growth strategies with partners and customers. She will work with both its sales and support teams.
Bob Cauthen, SCMS’ president, noted Spader’s ability to identify solutions for clients and her dedication to building partnerships with customers.
