Perry Buys Friends’ Assets

Russell Perry’s group Perry Broadcasting agreed to purchase the Oklahoma radio assets of Friends Communications, under Bob Elliot, for $1.18 million. The group includes FM stations KRPT, KKEN and KDDQ, and AM stations KXCA and KXCD. The broker was Bill Whitley of Media Services Group.
