Full Compass looked into its Badger State backyard for a new human resources manager.
Caroline Polster is from the area and has spent most of her life in Wisconsin. She graduated from Carroll University, down the road in Waukesha, and has worked mostly in the human resources field at nearby companies such as In-Sink-Erator/Emerson Electronics, Hayes Manufacturing, Air Wisconsin Airlines and most recently Wright Vending and Distributing.
Polster said of her new co-workers: “It’s readily apparent that they embrace the core values of the owners, Susan and Jonathan Lipp,” listing those as “family, integrity, teamwork and a philanthropic spirit.”
