FCC Chairman Michael Powell plans to speak at the National Association of Program Television Executives annual conference this week in Las Vegas. Powell is slated to participate in a one-on-one Q & Answer with ABC’s Cokie Roberts on Wednesday. Powell was also expected to speak at CES earlier this month but had to cancel that appearance.
