Listener Driven Radio is a crowdsourcing service for determining programming via listener voting. On top of that a variety of social apps on different platforms can be deployed to build on audience involvement.
Premiere will use a barter system. It will also handle ad sales. Premiere is a division of Clear Channel Media and Entertainment.
Julie Talbott, recently named Clear Channel Media and Entertainment president of Content and Affiliate Services for National Media Groups, said that the LDR service “not only drives revenue, but also strengthens a radio station’s community and brand, [and] is invaluable.”
