Broadcast equipment supplier Progressive Concepts has signed an agreement with Dutch company D&R Broadcast Mixing Consoles to become D&R’s master distributor for the United States.
“D&R is a manufacturer of innovative broadcast mixing consoles and mixing boards that are software controlled which allows them to be easily configured by the customer to meet the customer’s requirements,” said Eric Hoppe, president of Progressive Concepts. “They include a USB port for connection to either a Windows or MAC computer.”
Among consoles that D&R produces are the Airmate-USB, Airlite-USB, Airence-USB, Airlab DT-USB, Lyra-IP, and Axum-IP. Some are digitally-controlled analog mixers while others are fully digital consoles.
D&R also makes telephone hybrids, a GSM hybrid, the SmartRig, On-Air Warning Lights and the Aircast Radio Broadcast Automation Software System.
