RAB Teaches Wartime Selling

The RAB has developed three sessions to help radio salespeople sell in the worsening economy. Each session is focused on “Selling During Times of Military Action and Economic Recession”. The first session, to be held Oct. 16 to 18, is an advanced program. At the completion of the course, students will be given an opportunity to earn their Certified Radio Marketing Consultant or Certified Radio Marketing Specialist accreditation from the RAB.
The second session, scheduled for Nov. 5 though 9, is geared to sales professionals who are new to radio industry. The third session, slated for Nov, 27 through 29, will offer insight into how to manage and motivate a sales staff in the current turbulent marketplace and focuses on cluster management, recruitment and other management-specific topics.
