Radiate Media, a digital middleman connecting select advertisers with select radio and TV stations, along with online ad opportunities, has adopted Matrix Solutions Matrix customer relations management and sales analytics software.
A release explained, “In utilizing the Matrix system, Radiate Media is able to capture all account data across their enterprise while also categorizing advertising sales within each of the revenue streams they offer and support. The ability to categorize makes roll-up reporting and/or the ability to drill down simple.”
Radiate Media EVP/Chief Revenue Officer Ivan Shulman said, “The Matrix system enables us to have our finger on the pulse with regards to each account we manage from a customer, service and prospect perspective.”
