U.S. radio revenue was off 2 percent in March compared to the same month a year earlier.

The Radio Advertising Bureau says local revenue fell 3 percent, while non-spot gained 8 percent in the month.

RAB is no longer posting “year to date” performance numbers each month; instead it is issuing quarterly summaries. The first quarter’s report is due out in a couple of weeks.
