Radio, TV Marti Have New Web Presence

This week marks the 17th anniversary of Radio Marti’s first broadcast and the 100th anniversary of Cuban independence.
The U.S. government’s Office of Cuba Broadcasting has launched a Web site,, for Radio and Television Marti. The Spanish-language site is intended to enhance dissemination of transmissions to Cuba, with text to complement live and on-demand audio and video.
TV Marti telecasts, which are jammed by the Cuban government, will be streamed live.
