As part of the Radionomy Group, the combined ad network known as TargetSpot will extend monetization opportunities for TargetSpot and Radionomy customers and offer enhanced technology, new products, multiplatform inventory and expanded sales, according to the companies.
With the combination, advertisers may now leverage the capabilities of a digital audio network with reach to 75 million listeners and a total of 80 publishers in both the U.S. and Europe, a release explained.
The combined company will offer: digital audio campaign delivery and reporting tools, including sequential targeting, behavioral marketing, audio retargeting and asynchronous banners; a single end-to-end solution for advertisers and publishers covering any digital audio need along with customizable ad products
The business combination offers broadcasters new tools and a stronger global presence through an international ad network, say the companies.
