SBS, Styles $120 Million Deal Finalized

Spanish Broadcasting System closed the sale of KDAY(FM) and KDAI(FM) in Southern California to Styles Media for $120 million. The deal was final when SBS received a final $65 million payment. The sale had been announced previously.
