Sears’ Combs to Address Luncheon at Radio Show

Major advertiser speaks on client/media relationship and how to get the most out of it

Eddie Combs is vice president and chief marketing officer for Home Appliances at Sears Holdings Corp.

And why is that important in a story on a radio broadcast trade website? Because Sears and Combs control significant ad spending. He will be the keynote speaker at the Advertiser Luncheon at the upcoming Radio Show in Chicago.

The luncheon is Wed., Sept. 14, starting 11:45 a.m.

Combs will discuss how Sears, a big radio advertiser, predicts consumer behavior, which in turn affects brand messaging and media strategies. Show organizers said he will examine the relationship between radio and the advertiser and how they can work together to enhance advertising campaign results.
