Radio World: What is your company’s core business?

Emilie Drishinski: ElevenLabs is transforming how we interact with technology through AI research and products.

ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale.

ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image and video across 70+ languages. These platforms are powered by our leading AI research. We developed the first human-like AI voice model, then expanded into dubbing, transcription, music, sound effects and speech-to-speech.

RW: AI of course has swept through every industry. What have been the most important changes in the past six to 12 months?

Drishinski: First, greater controllability and consistency.

Across audio, video and image generation, we’ve seen major improvements in how precisely enterprises can guide outputs. Models are now far more controllable, predictable and consistent — whether that’s maintaining a specific voice, tone, character or visual style. This level of reliability is a core unlock for creative professionals, because it allows AI to function as a production tool rather than a novelty experiment.

Also, growing trust and adoption. As these systems have matured, we’ve also seen a meaningful shift in how people perceive them.

Enterprises are becoming more comfortable integrating AI into their workflows because they’re seeing tangible benefits: faster production cycles, broader accessibility and richer experiences for audiences.

As the value becomes clearer, trust and willingness to collaborate with these models continues to grow.

RW: Looking ahead, how will AI further evolve for media and business enterprises?

Drishinski: We believe AI will reshape media and enterprise around three core pillars.

First, more content personalization, enabling media companies to tailor audio experiences to individual listeners at scale.

Also, more interactive, real-time conversational media, where audiences can engage dynamically rather than passively consume content.

And third, availability in nearly every language, making high-quality voice content instantly accessible to global audiences.

RW: What products or themes will you highlight?

Drishinski: We will plan to showcase the latest updates to ElevenCreative, our platform for creatives and marketers to to generate and edit speech, music, image and video across 70+ languages.

We will highlight our most expressive and controllable text to speech model, Eleven v3, our fully licensed generative music model Eleven Music, enhancements to our AI dubbing research and our human-in-the-loop content arm Eleven Productions.
