Registration for the 2026 AES Show is open to society members and exhibitors now.

The conference is moving to Nashville this year after being held in California last year and in New York City for a long time prior to that.

Organizers are promoting it as “a new and reenergized event, guaranteed to attract everyone passionate about audio from all fields, together with musicians, songwriters, students and educators.”

It will host a new program of “workshops, research presentations, studio tours and intimate workshops together with networking events and more.”

According to a promotional email, AES members can book Gaylord Opryland hotel rooms first and access reduced AES rates.

The event is Friday Oct. 30 to Sunday Nov. 1, with exhibits on Saturday and Sunday.
