Porsche Cars of North America announced a new long-term agreement with XM to equip Porsche vehicles for the U.S. market with the satellite service. It had been available in some models.
XM also will develop satellite-delivered data services for Porsche vehicles.
Separately, Sirius said Bentley Motors reached an agreement for the inclusion of Sirius in its vehicles. It will be in some models by mid-2007 and appear as a standard feature available in Continental GT, Continental GTC and Continental Flying Spur vehicles beginning with the 2008 model year. Bentley said vehicles equipped with Sirius will include a lifetime subscription to the service.
