Six-Station Sale in South Dakota

Armada Media, run by Jim Coursolle and John Lynch, agreed to buy six stations in Aberdeen, S.D., from Aberdeen Radio Ranch, according to the seller’s broker, Media Services Group.
The seller is headed by Rob, Todd and Jim Ingstad. The price is $9.25 million. Stations are KSDN(AM/FM), KGIM (AM/FM), KBFO(FM) and KNBX(FM).
