StarGuide Digital Networks Inc. says Uncle Sam has issued the company a patent that covers the aggregation and secure distribution of multimedia files through the Internet as well as other wired or wireless networks.
The technology is a key component of StarGuide’s store-and-forward technology used by advertisers, broadcasters and content producers.
The company’s Transportal 2000 System uses this technology, soon to be installed at Clear Channel Communications Premiere Radio Networks and ABC Radio.
