The Michigan Association of Broadcasters has announced a trio of sales seminars featuring consultant Jerry Donovan. Seminars are set for Tuesday Aug. 22 in Lansing, Wednesday August 23 in Grayling and Thursday August 24 in Marquette.
Donovan is expected to outline a system for selling including the sales funnel, prospecting and qualifying and transactional vs. new business. Other topics include client-needs analysis, the marketing model, positioning and the role of negotiation.
