A federal court in Georgia last month ruled that Susquehanna Radio must pay a capital investors group $10 million, according to the York Daily Record newspaper.
Bridge Capital Investors II sued the broadcast company in July for breach of contract in regard to a radio station Susquehanna bought in Alabama in 1997, according to papers filed with the SEC. Bridge Capital Investors claimed in the suit that Susquehanna owed the company additional money. The newspaper said that SEC filings indicate Susquehanna Media plans to appeal the decision.
