Citing changes in the recording market, TC Group will combine the TC Works and TC Electronic brands. New and joint projects will be marketed under the TC Electronic name; existing ones will be rebranded. Development and management resources will remain at TC Works’ headquarters in Hamburg, while distribution, support and marketing will move to Denmark, home of TC Electronic.
Distribution in European countries will be taken over by local TC Electronic sellers. TC Works continues as a technology and product development entity.
