Thompson’s ‘Make It Plain’ Debuts on Sirius

Sirius Satellite Radio says “Make It Plain,” a political talk show hosted by African-American broadcast pioneer Mark Thompson, made its debut on Sirius Left channel 146.

Sirius Satellite Radio says “Make It Plain,” a political talk show hosted by African-American broadcast pioneer Mark Thompson, made its debut on Sirius Left channel 146.

It airs weekdays from 5–8 p.m.

Scheduled guests include Hilary Shelton, director of the NAACP Washington Bureau; Marc Morial, president of the National Urban League; Dick Gregory; Dr. Conrad Worrill of the National Black United Front; Dr. E. Faye Williams of the National Congress of Black Women; and Dr. Ron Daniels, chair, Institute of the Black World.

Listeners also can expect a behind-the-scenes look at presidential politics with organizers of Iowa’s Brown and Black Forum.
