TOKO to Offer HD Radio Decoder Modules

Component supplier TOKO has received performance certification from Ibiquity Digital Corp. to make HD Radio decoding modules for receivers. TOKO supplies tuner modules to automotive receiver manufacturers and portable radio manufacturers.
“HD Radio represents a significant new business opportunity for TOKO and expect that we will see a high demand for the technology in the very near term,” Kent Kitano, president of TOKO.
