French monitoring and metering technology developer Audemat-Aztec has tasked Miami-based Sophie Lion Poulain with handling its international press relations.
Previously, Lion Poulain was responsible for press relations for the Americas, but will now be in charge of press releases, public relations and all media exposure for Audemat-Aztec worldwide.
Laetitia Galand remains communications manager for the company, with responsibility for the corporate Web site, trade show coordination, advertising and non-press relations. Galand is also in charge of quality control for the corporate office.
Lion Poulain obtained a law and business degree in Bordeaux, France. She handled press relations for Bordeaux-based Audemat-Aztec from 2001 to 2002. From 2002 to 2003, she worked as communications manager for transmitter manufacturer Ecreso, which was purchased by Audemat-Aztec in 2005.
In 2003, Lion Poulain became communications manager for the subsidiary company Audemat-Aztec Inc. in Miami, Florida.
