The latest version of Digigram’s Xtrack Audio Suite allows users to import, export and edit MP3 files.
Xtrack version 4.0 can merge a set of tracks, consisting of any combination of file formats, sampling and bit rates into an MP3 file. The software also converts MP3 files back into a PCM, MPEG Layer I or MPEG Layer II file.
A wide range of compression is offered, from 8 kbps at 22.05 kHz to 320 kbps at 48 kHz.
Version 4.0 is priced the same as its previous version at $500. Current Xtrack owners can upgrade to 4.0 for $100 from Digigram’s Web site at www.digigram.com
