Best of Show: ENCO aiTrack Cloud

The platform is now cloud-based and automation-agnostic

We are featuring the products that won the Radio World Best of Show Award at the 2026 NAB Show. Winners were chosen by a panel of engineers and RW editorial staff for their innovation, feature set, cost efficiency and performance in serving the industry. Information about how the program works can be found in a FAQ here.

ENCO has been a key driver of applying AI to radio workflows. The new iteration of its aiTrack is cloud-native and automation-agnostic, combining dynamic content generation, flexible scheduling and cloud-based delivery.

It enables broadcasters to generate, customize and schedule AI-driven audio segments for live and automated programming with an architecture not limited by traditional infrastructure.

“Accessible through any web browser for the first time, aiTrack Cloud allows on-air and production teams to create broadcast-ready content in seconds using advanced generative AI models and natural-sounding synthetic voices,” delivering seamless insertion into live broadcasts or scheduled playlists.

The architecture uses large language models, real-time data integration and advanced prompt engineering along with high-quality synthetic voice technology. A “foundation prompt” framework streamlines complex AI processes into intuitive templates — you put in variables like location, branding elements or sponsorship details, and it generates on-brand content without requiring AI expertise.
