The IEEE seeks papers for its 59th Annual Broadcast Symposium.
The show is slated for Oct. 14–16 in Alexandria, Va. The IEEE invites participation from researchers, developers, service providers and suppliers of technology, equipment, systems and consumer devices, as well as content originators and distributors. Abstract submissions are due May 15.
Potential topics include:
- • Digital radio and television systems: terrestrial, cable, satellite, Internet, wireless
- • Streaming, IPTV, VoIP, VoD, Mobile TV, Wireless Multimedia
- • Wireless Broadband Networks; e.g., IEEE 802.22 Wireless Regional Area Networks
- • Transmission, propagation, reception, re-distribution of broadcast signals
