Broadcast monitoring equipment maker Inovonics has announced a firmware upgrade to its INOmini 635 FM/RDS SiteStreamer receiver monitor.
According to the company, the upgrade adds “StationRotation.” StationRotation cycles through a preset list monitored stations, stopping to monitor each for a preselected amount of time.
Inovonics President and CEO Ben Barber said, “We always listen to the radio broadcast community for feedback on possible enhancements to our products and accommodate whenever possible. With Station Rotation we have added new functionality to the INOmini 635 that allows broadcasters to better monitor their remote transmitter/translator sites.”
The upgrade, “Model635FirmwareRev2.0.0.1.zip(2199Kb),” can be downloaded at the INOmini 635 product page.
