Inovonics is elevating a pair of its employees to fortify the company’s sales and marketing department.
The broadcast equipment company announced the promotions of Earl Sondreal and Mukesh Chaudhary. Sondreal is now director of sales and marketing for the Americas, while Chaudhary is director of its international territory.

The moves follow Gary Luhrman’s retirement as the company’s sales and marketing manager earlier this month, which Radio World reported.
Sondreal joined Inovonics last year. He has a background in systems design and as a sound engineer. At age 16, he started performing installations at a car stereo shop, according to a release. It helped mold his passion for audio, including as a musician.
Based in New Delhi, Chaudhary was hired as Inovonics’ manager for India in 2017. He rose to become its regional sales manager for the Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa regions. He studied electronics and communication engineering and has an MBA in international business. Inovonics noted his technical knowledge and customer-centric approach.
Inovonics President Ben Barber lauded the company’s ability to promote from within, as well as Sondreal and Chaudhary’s skill sets, which he said will support its customers both in the U.S. and globally.
Inovonics produces audio processors, RDS encoders and AM/FM/HD modulation monitors, along with off-air monitoring equipment.
