Lawo will showcase the mc236, its newest mc2 series console, as well as the stagebox Compact I/O and the IP-based video units of the Lawo V__line at the ISE show in Amsterdam, Feb. 10–12.
With the mc236, Lawo shows its Ravenna live audio mixing console, an all-in-one mixing desk. It offers a DSP micro-core with internal 512×512 port audio matrix and integrated I/O. As it is natively equipped with Ravenna/AES67 technology, the mc236 integrates into IP infrastructures. The console has redundant power-supplies, as well as DSP redundancy.
The mc2 Compact I/O expands the mc236’s connectivity to provide a distant stagebox solution in addition to the on-board I/O. Connected via CAT5 or fiber (optional), the 5RU stagebox provides 32 mic/line inputs, 32 line outputs, eight digital AES3 inputs, eight digital AES3 outputs, eight GPIO and a MADI (SFP) port. The mc236 allows for connecting up to three mc2 Compact I/O units.
