The Ecreso FM range, to be exhibited at the NAB Show, now offers options such as 1+1, N+1 (new) and Dual Drive to meet broadcaster requirements for redundancy and back-up.
The family of transmitters offers a “direct to frequency” digital modulator for audio quality, efficiency of up to 74%, management by TCP/IP and SNMP and functions such as a stereo encoder, FM limiter and RDS encoder.
Ecreso FM transmitters equipped with network interface also feature the company’s Advanced Measurement Interface. This offers an engineer a presentation of transmitter performance with a viewing panel displaying the output of onboard instrumentation that includes RF spectrum, MPX spectrum and audio spectrum analyses as well as peak meters.
Ecreso’s 10-year warranty is supplied on compact FM transmitters purchased with a minimum of one year’s subscription to the Expert Maintenance Reporting service.
New from Ecreso is the Helios 250W FM transmitter, which the company says is suitable for the LPFM market. It features a direct-to-channel digital modulator and efficiency of up to 74%. Tools include onboard instrumentation of the Advanced Metering Interface, proactive EMR service and TCP/IP, stereo encoder, auto failover and dynamic RDS encoder.
