At the NAB Show, BW Broadcast will highlight its line of products, which includes the new TR300 V2 FM translator and the Plan B Encore silence monitor and backup audio player.
The TR300 V2 is a “single-box” solution that “pulls in even the weakest signals and re-broadcasts with clarity, replacing a traditional transmitter/receiver solution,” says the firm. The unit is easy to configure, inexpensive to maintain and eliminates compatibility problems, it added. Inside are a TX300 V2 transmitter and an RBRX1 tuner card.
The company will also launch the Plan B Encore silence monitor and backup audio player. The system is designed to automatically detect dead air and switch to an alternative audio source. It also features email alerts, SNMP, HTML5 remote, Telnet and HTTP API to keep the user informed and in control.
During the event, BW Broadcast will, in addition, demo its new Encore product range, which comprises an audio processor, rebroadcast receiver, AOIP, RDS encoder and audio leveler as well as its V2 transmitters.
