Digigram Iqoya Serv/Link
At this year’s NAB Show, French firm Digigram will be showcasing its latest products of IP audio codecs and audio over IP sound cards, tools it says are meant to help consumers migrate to IP.
Among products on hand will be the Iqoya Serv/Link (shown). Used for SSL, STL, DVB and Web radio program distribution, this IP audio codec has a single hardware-based processing platform that can transport audio in mono, stereo and multichannel over IP networks in a high-density format. The codec allows users to configure multiple stereo or multichannel links with other studios and between a studio and transmitter, DVB operators or content delivery networks.
The company will also be highlighting the Iqoya Link and Iqoya Link/LE for SSL and STL applications. Both audio over IP codecs provide links for studio-to-studio and studio-to-transmitter and audio program delivery to DVB operators. Digigram says the Iqoya Link/LE codec is a “cost-effective” version of its full-featured Iqoya Link codec. Both use a Web-based user interface for configuration, control, monitoring and access to real-time metrics on the network.
Digigram will also present the Iqoya Call and Iqoya Call/LE for IP audio in outside broadcast applications and the Iqoya Cloud Web App for managing and monitoring codecs in the cloud.
In addition, audio over IP sound cards on display at the Digigram booth will include the LX-IP PCIe, PCX-IP and VX-IP Livewire sound cards, along with the Iqoya Mobile and Q-Mic.
