Audinate announced that Dante Virtual Soundcard now supports transferable licensing.
“With a transferable license, you can move Dante Virtual Soundcard from one computer to another using your Audinate account, no longer locked to a single machine,” it said in a promotional email.
“Got a new computer? Transfer your license right at audinate.com. Deploying PCs using disk images? Use a pool of transferable licenses over and over. Dante Virtual Soundcard is more flexible and useful than ever before.”
A transferable license for Dante Virtual Soundcard is $79.99 USD. It allows unlimited transfers between computers, Mac or PC. A single machine license remains available for $49.99.
Those who already have a Dante Virtual Soundcard can upgrade from a single-machine license to a transferable one for $30.
Dante Virtual Soundcard turns a computer into a Dante-powered workstation, integrating the PC or Mac with Dante audio devices on a network.
