From Radio World’s Who’s Buying What page: Radio La Guancha on Tenerife in Spain’s Canary Islands is using AEQ Alio audio codecs for remote broadcasts.
Radio La Guancha is the radio station of the La Guancha Town Council. According to AEQ, the signal covers the north of the island of Tenerife and the south of La Palma, and the station is also heard online.
The Alio is a portable IP audio codec with dual stereo channels. “It has been designed specifically for sports broadcasting, but has been optimized to make it easy to use in a wide variety of scenarios, including music events,” AEQ states.
In 2022 the radio station also installed a new AEQ Atrium digital console and Systel IP conferencing system.
