MUNICH, Germany�The operator of the Germany�s national digital radio multiplex, MEDIA BROADCAST,has put into operation a DAB+ multiplex from the transmitter site Bornberg / Pfalz (shown at right), at a power of 5 KW, on channel 5C. Transmissions started on Friday, April 8, reportsinfosat.de.� �
This transmitter is expected to improve reception in the Palatine hill country up to the Hunsr�ck, Bad Durkheim, Neustadt, Pirmasens, Zweibr�cken, and Homburg.� In addition, improved reception is expected along federal highway 62 between Nonnweiler and Nohfelden.
The following radio programs are broadcast on this mux: Germany radio, DKultur, DWissen, DRadio DokDeb, ERF Plus, absolute relax, ENERGY, SCHLAGER PARADISE, sunshine live, RADIO BOB!, KLASSIK RADIO, and Radio Horeb.
