Scalia’s Radio Diet

What is Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia’s favorite radio show?

Scalia spoke at length with New York magazine about many things.

To spare you from having to dig through pontifications on the Ninth Amendment or why the State of the Union address is childish, I’ll get to the point (aided greatly that New York magazine put the media questions on the first page) — Scalia doffed his cap to NPR but his real radio diet consists of talk radio.

And his fave? Bill Bennett’s “Morning in America” gets the justice’s attention, at least while he’s shaving in the morning. Scalia said, “He has a wonderful talk show. It’s very thoughtful. He has good callers. I think they keep off stupid people.”
