Axia Audio signed Zlín, Czech Republic-based 8BC s.r.o. as a partner, which means the latter company’s offerings work directly with Axia Livewire IP-Audio networks.
Clients of 8BC will be able to purchase Axia IP-Audio networking components bundled with and customized for use with its radio automation products, including the Cartmaster radio automation system.
Axia will provide its IP-Audio Driver software to 8BC. The driver technology allows an audio workstation to send studio-grade audio to an Axia audio network from its network interface card, without the need for PC soundcards.
Axia Vice President Marty Sacks made the announcement.
