Adam Curry Takes Podcasts to Sirius

Hey, if you’re gonna podcast, why not let Adam Curry do it?
The man many consider as the father of podcasting will host a show built around podcasts on Sirius Satellite Radio. “Adam Curry’s PodShow” debuts May 13.
Curry’s show “The Daily Source Code” was the first podcast last summer, according to Wired magazine.
With podcasting, anyone can create a show and make it available for others to download to a computer or portable media player.
Curry, a former MTV VJ, helped design the digital tools that made podcasting possible. The four-hour, weekday program will feature highlights from the world of podcasting and will introduce Sirius listeners to new talent and undiscovered music, the satcaster says.
