iHeartMedia announced that it is making some of its most popular podcasts available in multiple languages.iHeart Podcasts

It said that 10 of its produced shows can now be heard in Spanish, French, Arabic, Portuguese, Hindi and Mandarin.

The company had indicated previously that artificial intelligence technologies would allow it to offer multilingual content more broadly, and it confirms to Radio World that these new offerings are produced using AI.

It also indicated plans to expand to more shows and languages in the future.

The mental health-focused podcast, “On Purpose with Jay Shetty,” is one of the shows that is now being translated. Shetty said in a release that he frequently fields questions from listeners asking if the podcast would be available in different languages.
