Attorney Matthew Leibowitz has created what he calls a first: an arbitration and mediation service specifically for communications and telecommunications.
He’s president and chief executive officer of Communications Dispute Resolutions. The goal of mediation is to resolve disputes before they go to court. Leibowitz says his firm can handle disputes including those involving radio, TV and other media.
The roughly 60-member staff includes former FCC commissioner Rachelle Chong, former state public service representatives and former chief judges of the FCC and other experts.
