Beasley’s six-station group in Eastern North Carolina wants to challenge its part of the state to “go green.”

Market Manger Bruce Simel said, “These are three actionable things we can do right now to help protect our environment.” The cluster created a Go Green section on its Web sites to help people and businesses. It set up a recycling program and is challenging others to do the same.
