BIA Hires John Neff, Adds Directors

BIA Financial Network adds John Neff as account executive for its publications and software focusing on the broadcasting industry.
He will report to VP of Business Development Steve Passwaiter. Neff previously was with Radio Business Report and Dataworld.
Affiliate company BIA Capital Corp., an investment banking firm, added two directors to its staff. Henry O’Connor and A. Jerome Fowlkes will be responsible for advising firms on mergers and acquisitions and arranging equity and debt capital. O’Connor was with CIBC World Markets. Fowlkes moves over from BIA Financial Network; he is a former deputy chief of finance for the FCC Auctions Division.
