Billboard to Use XM, Sirius Data

Sirius and XM said some airplay data will now be reflected in the weekly Mainstream Top 40 chart in Billboard Radio Monitor.
“This marks the first time that airplay from a non-terrestrial broadcaster has been factored into the weekly results of Billboard Radio Monitor’s pop airplay chart,” Sirius stated.
Data from one channel on each satcaster will be used at first.
